This policy explains what information VillageCare DPC (“VillageCare,” “I,” “we”) collects when you join the waitlist on this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect what you type into it:
We also record the date and time you signed up. Please do not include sensitive medical details in the form. The waitlist form is not a way to send health information or to request medical care, and it is not monitored for urgent needs. In an emergency, call 911.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your information is stored in a database on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States, and each new signup is emailed to Dr. Adrianne and the VillageCare team through Amazon’s email service. These providers process the information only to run the website and deliver those emails. We do not share your information with anyone else, except when the law requires it.
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads, and Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
We keep your information for as long as you are on the waitlist or in contact with us, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this website and to our hosting provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is another reason to keep sensitive health details out of the form.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you gave us, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@villagecaredpc.com. If you live in California, you may have additional rights under California privacy law, and we will honor those requests as well.
This website and the waitlist are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
This policy covers information collected through this website before you become a member. If you become a member, your health information is covered by the separate privacy practices and consent documents you receive at enrollment.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
