Enrollment fee

New members pay a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $100 per person. It covers creating your patient record and medical account, along with other administrative costs.

Cancellation policy

We understand things happen, and plans change. We hope to build a lasting relationship with you, but if you need to cancel, we ask for 30 days’ notice. There are no penalties or fees for cancelling. If you decide to rejoin later, you may be asked to pay a re-enrollment fee.
